Irene Jim - Change Management Consultant in Malaysia

Irene Jim


Irene has been with HumanCap since 2008 and brings with her more than 20 years’ of experience in large multinational and Malaysian organisations, in both the public and private sector. Her principal expertise is in change management consulting and organisation development.

Irene has led various projects in change management covering stakeholder engagements, change readiness assessment, communications, and job impact analysis. She has also managed projects on people transformation covering people strategy development and HR transformation.

Prior to joining HumanCap, Irene was a Manager at Accenture, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where she served clients in private sector on large scale ICT systems implementations and shared services set-up.

Irene started her career in the legacy firm of Price Waterhouse and continued in the merged entity of PricewaterhouseCoopers attached to its HR Consulting arm.

Dr. Rozhan Othman

Dr. Rozhan Othman


Dr. Rozhan Othman has over 30 years of experience in management research, consulting and training. He was a Professor in UTM, UKM, UPM, IIUM and Universiti Brunei Darussalam.

He has extensive teaching and consulting experience, having assisted various public and private sector clients in his training and consultancy work local and overseas in the areas of HR, Organizational Change and Strategy Development/Implementation.

Dr. Rozhan is also a member and ambassador to Malaysia for the Academy of Management HRM Division. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has written a number of books, and published in international referred journals, conference proceedings.

Ahmad began his professional career with Shell with more than 26 years of working experience in various capacities including Offshore Upstream Operations, Refinery Engineering and HR functions.

His multi-roles in HR for the Asia Pacific Middle East Region (APME) for Shell included
  • Regional HR Manager for an IT organisation in Cyberjaya where it provided him with the unique experiences in managing a diverse pool of local and expatriate work force of more than 20 nationalities

Hazlina Hussein - Change Management Consultant in Malaysia

Hazlina Hussein


Hazlina has almost 20 years experience in Communications, Process Improvement and Change Management, majority of which was with an Oil and Gas Company with several year as a consultant completing projects in the public sector as well as in Malaysian Government Linked Companies (GLCs).

Her experience includes completing several projects in the capacity as Change Manager for system integration projects and also cultural change projects. She has also completed end-to-end Talent Management projects, from developing frameworks up to its delivery and review of effectiveness.

Hana has over 15 years of working experience in Multinational Companies (MNC) as well as Government-Linked Companies (GLC) mainly in the area of Training and Change Management. She has led diverse teams in multimillion dollar implementation system roll-outs especially SAP and its solutions as well as shared services in the area of organisation change management, stakeholder management, change readiness assessment, change impact analysis, strategic communication, training management and transition management.

Prior to joining HumanCap, Hana was a Training Manager at Malaysia Airlines, with accomplishments in delivering Enterprise SAP ECC 6 to over 1400 End Users and administering SAP Budget Planning & Consolidation (BCP) module Training to approximately 250 Online and 600 Offline Budget Representatives across multiple geographies. Hana started her career in an international publishing company attached to its Training and HR department.
