The framework has been tested and proven across public and private sectors through various IT and non-IT implementations, both small and large scale change programmes. The framework consists of five (5) key phases, each with its own objectives and key deliverables, ensuring a systematic change intervention with the ultimate end goal of transitioning, sustainability and benefits realisation. The activities in each of these phases will be evaluated throughout a project/programme or implementation in ensuring that the intervention is relevant to the change, hence enabling the robustness of the framework.
